My name is Pat Miller, the founder of True Tone Painters. I’ve lived in Nashville my whole life, except for my years spent studying in Oxford, Mississippi, at Ole Miss. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hunting, fishing, or enjoying the great outdoors across Tennessee and Arkansas—exploring the woods and waterways that have always been close to my heart.
After college, I spent years honing my skills in a custom cabinet shop where I learned everything there is to know about home improvement. It was there that I gained a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and attention to detail that every home project deserves. But it wasn’t just the craft that stood out to me—it was the way customers were often left in the dark. Contractors were hard to reach, communication was poor, and deadlines were missed.
Seeing this gap in the market, I decided to launch True Tone Painters with one goal in mind: to offer homeowners and businesses not only high-quality work but also the best customer service experience possible. I wanted to create a company that would put customers first—answer the phone, show up when we say we will, and complete every project on time with the professionalism and care it deserves.
